No practitioner–patient relationship, and no coaching relationship
Using this website, reading our material or completing a course does not create a clinical relationship between us and you, and does not create any relationship between us and your patients.
We do not assess your patients, do not prescribe, and are not involved in any treatment you carry out. Any advice given in general course material is not tailored to a specific case.

Your clinical responsibility
You remain wholly and personally responsible for your own practice. That includes:
- Patient selection, assessment, history taking and suitability.
- Consent, record keeping and clinical documentation.
- Treatment choice, product choice, dosage, dilution and technique.
- Recognising and managing complications, and arranging escalation where needed.
- Working within your scope of practice and the standards of your regulator.
- Holding appropriate indemnity and insurance for what you do.
- Complying with all laws, licensing schemes and local requirements where you practise.
Where our material conflicts with current national guidance, manufacturer instructions, or the rules of your regulator or insurer, follow those — not us.
